My name is John and I had tried several programs at various facilities in the area and the results would be that I did not attend on a regular basis. I got a bit discouraged until I found MPH Fitness. Their programs and workout sessions really were a fit for me. I found myself going 5 days per week. They also have various times for the workouts so that meets most anyone’s needs.
I have taken off 30 pounds but more importantly, have kept it off. I fluctuate a bit but generally have maintained the weight loss.
Losing the weight was a great feeling but I feel much better about being able to maintain where I am. It is a nice feeling when a person that has not seen you for a while, says to you, “You working out? You look very healthy!” Even better is when that see you a month later and say, “That working out is really agreeing with you, keep it up!”
I have family history of various illnesses, for example I am the only person in my immediate family that is not on blood pressure medication. When getting my annual physical the doctor tells me to keep doing the exercise program that I am involved with because it is keeping me on a healthy road.
Not only are the instructors/coaches phenomenal but the members are fantastic as well. No pressure from anyone. I really like that. The competitive juices get flowing but that is human nature. It’s a good thing. I also enjoy watching new members come in and seeing their transformation to that healthy person they want to be. We see this at MPH Fitness quite frequently.
