My name is Michelle and I decided that the workouts and personal training I was doing was not helping me move towards my goals. I saw the New Year’s Challenge announcement on Facebook and decided to call and see if it was for me.
My milestones so far include gaining 5 pounds of muscle, which at my age, I didn’t think would happen. I lost 5 lbs. and 8 inches overall. I feel much better than when I started. Beyond that, I have found a gym owner who truly cares about whether or not I am making progress!
My family has eaten the meals and my daughter has also followed the program. We are eating healthy and more active than before starting at MPH.
When I first spoke to Michael before I joined MPH, I explained to him my need for accountability, especially with diet. He understood, and the challenge gave me that piece. What I found was that the MPH community gives me the accountability for my workouts. They have been so encouraging and supportive. The coaches not only teach the classes, they also take them and are very helpful with adjusting form and providing modifications.
